A Beautiful Voice That Is Reaching Out To the World! Having taken 1.5 years to complete, Desiree's debut album sees the collaboration of many talented musicians across the region, including Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. Wanting to express her feelings and thoughts through her music, this album consists of a diversification of genres, including R&B, Soul and Acoustic-Ballad. The producer of this album, Kenn Wu, has spent ten folds of efforts in producing this album in order for it to reach a different level of standard. This album also includes two original compositions written by Desiree herself, namely "Na Ge Bu Shi Wo" (That Wasn't Me) and "Quan Shi Jie Zhi Dao" (The Whole World Knows), which both contains an element of euro pop. Another track off the album "Mei You Ni" (Without You), which brings out the 80's rock rhythm, was 'custom made' for Desiree by Malaysia's talented composer Gao Jian and producer Kenn Wu. Taiwan's top music composer Xu Chang De also offered a beautiful track named "Ai Chuo Le Ma" (Did I Love Wrongly?) for Desiree, a track which touched Desiree herself so strongly that she broke into tears in the midst of recording. "Xuan Yao" (Show Off) is the fifth song in this album, written by Malaysia's talented composer, Gao Jian. This song uses the Hip-Hop element and its powerful rhythm to bring out the confidence of Desiree as a 'new-age lady'. "Baby" is another exceptional work from producer Kenn Wu, where its inspiration was derived from his famous Tiny Box recording studio in Singapore. The line-up of other musicians who put in a lot of effort into making this album a success also includes Jeff Long, Jimmy Lee, Jamie Wilson, Zhou Shun Cheng, and many more. Leveraging on the album's international status, the crew also arranged for Desiree to shoot the album images in Hong Kong.
